At “Cauro Diagnostics Pvt Ltd” (“Rapidx Pathology Labs”) we follow Good lab practices and take utmost care in service delivery from Order Placement to Report Delivery in order to provide Great Customer Experience.
However, if a customer is not satisfied with the services we offer up to 100% refund of Amount in following conditions:
- If the patient has suffered from Haematoma or any prick related injury provided it was not a Difficult Phlebotomy case.
- If the time limit within which a report has to be provided to the patient is breached by 72 (seventy-two) hours.
The customer is required to raise the Refund request with our customer care within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the collection of sample or generation of report or as the case may be.
In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be made as mentioned below:
- Payment through online wallet will be credited to the wallet; and
- Payment received through cash on collection will be refunded through fund transfer to customer bank account.
